Primary billing is a process whereby you use your card to pay for services with the intention of further monetization (e.g., reselling advertising accounts, placing ads on behalf of third parties, selling accounts, etc.). In this case, payments are not made for your own needs, but on behalf of or in the interests of other users.
Why is this considered a violation?
Finup is a financial instrument designed to be used within your own business processes. According to clause 3.17 “Prohibited Activities” of our Terms of Service, it is prohibited to:
Use your account to conduct transactions on behalf of third parties, including payment for other people's services, advertising campaigns, as well as any schemes related to renting, reselling, or mass creation of accounts.
