How is the transfer credited?
1. After sending the transfer, you may see the status “Processing.”
2. We can see your payment, but it will only be credited after network confirmations.
3. Once the blockchain confirms the transaction, the funds will be automatically credited to your Finup account.
Why are blockchain confirmations required?
Confirming funds after blockchain validation is a standard security practice.
How long does it take?
Confirmations usually take from a few minutes up to an hour, depending on network congestion.
We cannot influence blockchain speed, but the funds will be credited automatically as soon as the confirmation is complete.
If the amount sent is less than stated in the invoice:
If you sent an amount lower than specified in the invoice, the funds will be credited after the invoice expires — the system will automatically recalculate the amount and credit it to your account.
If the transfer hasn’t been credited:
1. Make sure enough time has passed.
2. If more than an hour has passed and the funds have not been received — please send the hash (TXID) to our support team.
3. If the invoice has expired, the credit may require manual processing — in that case, please contact support via chat and provide the transaction hash.
☝️ Please note: some transfers cannot be credited automatically. This may happen if a different coin was selected, another network was used, or there were other discrepancies. In such cases, the transfer is processed manually — please message us in the chat, provide the transaction hash, and our support team will be happy to assist you.
How to check the invoice status
You can track the payment status on the invoice page. If the page was closed, you can return to the invoice by clicking on it in the “Wallet transactions” section.
