Withdrawal Mechanics When Balance Is Below Minimum

The minimum amount for a standard withdrawal through the Finup platform is $10. If your account balance is less than $10, the standard withdrawal option will be unavailable. This is a technical limit set to ensure the stable operation of our internal payment infrastructure.

What to do if your balance is below $10?

  1. Top up your account — this will unlock the ability to withdraw funds.

  2. Once topped up, withdraw the full amount in a single transaction using the standard interface.

This allows the system to process the withdrawal correctly and without unnecessary delays.

📌 Please note the withdrawal fees:

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10, and this does not include the network fee, which depends on the chosen network:

  • TRC-20 — $2

  • BEP-20 — $0.5

For example, if you want to receive exactly $10 via TRC-20, you’ll need to enter $12: $10 will be sent to your wallet, and $2 will cover the fee.
