To manage cards within a team, Finup provides a dedicated section that allows you to control, issue, and monitor cards of all team members.
To get started, go to the «Cards» section.
Two tabs will be available:
All Cards — a combined list of your cards and your team’s cards with flexible filtering options.
My Cards — displays only the cards issued by you or assigned to you.
In the «All cards» sections, a participant filter is available. This allows you to view cards of one specific employee or several team members at once.
Issuing cards within a team
The account Owner and users with the Admin role can issue cards and assign them to any team member.
To do this, select the required employee during card issuance and complete the issuing process.
After issuance:
for the Owner and Admin, the card will appear in the «All cards»s section.
for the employee, the card will appear in their personal account.
An Employee can also issue cards, but only for themselves and within their own account.
This approach allows centralized card management while maintaining control and transparency over all operations.
Transferring cards within a team in Finup
The card transfer feature allows cards to be quickly reassigned between team members together with their balance. It is available to all users regardless of role.
Single card transfer
Go to the «Cards» section and open the required card.
Go to the card «Settings».
In the «Card Owner» field, select the team member you want to transfer the card to.
Confirm the action.
After confirmation, the card will be reassigned to the selected employee.
Bulk card transfer
To transfer several cards at once:
Go to the «Cards» section.
Click «Bulk Actions».
Select the cards you want to transfer.
In the bottom menu, click «More».
Select «Transfer Card».
Select the team member you want to transfer the cards to.
Confirm the action.
📌Important to consider:
the card is transferred together with its current balance
after the transfer, the card becomes fully managed by the new owner
