1. Go to the «Wallet» section.
2. Click on the «Send from Wallet» button.

3. Enter the method, withdrawal amount, network and address.
📍 Please note! Make sure you specify the correct network address. Otherwise, your withdrawal may be lost.
Withdrawal processing schedule
Withdrawal requests are processed during the following period:
10:00 to 20:00 (UTC+3), daily.
Withdrawals are usually processed within an hour, but in some cases, it may take a bit longer - up to a few hours.
If a request is submitted outside this period, it will be queued and processed during the next available window.
Please note: during weekends and public holidays, the processing of requests may be delayed.
