1. Go to the «Home» section.
2. Click on the «Send from Wallet» button.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount and address.
📍Make sure you specify the correct network address. Otherwise, your withdrawal may be lost.
4. Enter the 6-digit one-time code generated in the Google Authenticator app. If you have not set up 2FA yet, please refer to our article with instructions on how to set it up.
💡Please note: the code is refreshed every 30 seconds.
If there is little time left before it expires, we recommend waiting for a new code to be generated and entering it to ensure the confirmation is completed correctly.
Once the two-factor authentication code is successfully entered, your withdrawal request will be automatically created. ✅
Withdrawal processing schedule
Withdrawal requests are processed during the following period:
10:00 to 20:00 (UTC+3), daily.
Withdrawals are usually processed within an hour, but in some cases, it may take a bit longer - up to a few hours.
If a request is submitted outside this period, it will be queued and processed during the next available window.
Please note: during weekends and public holidays, the processing of requests may be delayed.
